This website, www.pbholidays.com, is operated by Paphian Blue Travel Agency (“Paphian Blue”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Poseidonos Avenue, Paphos, Cyprus. By using this website you accept this Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the website.

This Disclaimer applies to all content on the website, including tours and excursions, safaris, cruises, diving, activities, car, bike, electric scooter and mobility equipment rentals, destination guides and blog articles. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Payment – Cancellation Policy and Cookies Policy.

2. Accuracy of information

The information on this website is provided in good faith for general guidance only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

  • Tour and excursion details – itineraries, durations (e.g. “8 Hours”), stops, pick-up points and inclusions are indicative. They may change because of weather, sea conditions, road closures, site opening hours, local events or operational needs.
  • Destination guides and blog articles – content about places such as Nicosia, Blue Lagoon, Salt Lake, Kykkos Monastery and Lefkara, and seasonal articles (e.g. best times to visit, where to see flamingos, Christmas road trips) reflects our knowledge at the time of writing. Opening times, wildlife sightings, events and conditions are not guaranteed.
  • Images – photos and videos are for illustration. Vehicles, boats, venues and scenery may differ from those shown.
  • Rental vehicles – the vehicle shown is an example of a category. A similar model in the same category may be supplied.

3. Prices, bookings and third-party suppliers

Prices. Prices shown as “From €… / adult” are starting prices per adult. Final prices may vary by date, season, group size, age, pick-up location, optional extras and availability. Prices may change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to correct it before confirmation.

Availability. Showing a product on the website does not guarantee availability. A booking is only binding once we confirm it.

Third-party suppliers. Many services are delivered by independent operators, such as boat and cruise companies, safari operators, dive centres, water parks, zoos, wineries, transport providers and rental partners. Paphian Blue acts as an agent for these suppliers. They are responsible for delivering their services and for their own safety standards, licences and insurance. Their own terms and conditions may apply in addition to ours.

Cancellations and changes. Cancellations, refunds and amendments are governed by our Payment – Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the supplier’s terms.

4. Travel risks, health and safety

Some of our activities carry inherent risks, including jeep safaris on off-road tracks, cruises and swimming at sea, diving and snorkelling, water park rides, mountain excursions and riding bikes or electric scooters. By taking part, you accept these risks.

  • You are responsible for making sure you are fit and healthy enough for the activity you book. Please tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy, mobility needs or allergies before booking.
  • Follow all instructions from guides, captains, instructors and staff. Suppliers may refuse participation to anyone who is unfit, unsafe or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Wine-tasting and other alcohol-related experiences are for adults of legal drinking age only. Never drive after drinking.
  • Renters must hold a valid licence where required, follow Cyprus traffic laws (including driving on the left), wear helmets where required, and are responsible for fines, damage and excesses as set out in the rental agreement.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, personal accidents, cancellations and loss of belongings.

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings during any tour, cruise, activity or rental.

External links. The website may link to third-party sites, such as Facebook, Google Maps, supplier websites or payment providers. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Reviews and testimonials. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of individual customers. They do not necessarily represent our views, and experiences may vary.

Chat, WhatsApp and AI assistants. Any chat, messaging or automated assistant on the website gives general guidance only. Its answers may contain errors and do not constitute a confirmed booking, quote or contract. Only written confirmation from Paphian Blue is binding.

Website availability. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. You use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability, governing law and contact

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paphian Blue is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. We are also not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes, natural events, public health measures or government action. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Cyprus or EU law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property. All text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Paphian Blue or its licensors. They may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Changes. We may update this Disclaimer at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law. This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
